PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

Bank transfer - Money transfer

GROUP: 1 month before arrival of the group, high season
14 days before arrival of the group, low season

FIT: we will invoice per reservation.
Payment must be made before the arrival of the clients.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:

GROUP: one month before arrival of the group no payment
(unless different policy of the hotel).
Later than one month 50 % of the total amount.
Two weeks before arrival 100 % payment.

FIT : 48 hrs before arrival no payment.
Later than 48 hrs first night 100 % payment for the first night.

VOUCHERS:

Please mention our reference number (= Tour code) on the vouchers.
