Tour Program

DAY 1. Arrival in Corfu departyre to Saranda
Meet and assistance in arrival at Corfu airport, transfer to the port of Corfu
and part by ferry to Saranda city. The trip is extended about 30 minutes.
Arrival and accommodation in 4* hotel. In afternoon sightseeing visit to the
city of Saranda. In the evening visit to "Lekursi Castle" Dinner at restaurant
(built on the ruins of the old castle).Overnight in Saranda.

DAY 2 Saranda-Butrint-Vlore

After the breakfast to the hotel transfer to ancient city of Butrinti which is
part of world heritage protected by UNESCO. You will visit the Acropolis
of the VIII century BC, The Temple dedicated to Asklep (the healing god)
it belongs to the IV century BC, the Gate of the Lake of the IV century BC,
Roman theatre of the III century BC, Agoraja the main trading center of the
city, the gymnasium, a holy pagan place and the Grand patristic of the VI
century AC, a Roman house, a fountain, of the II century AC, the Venetian
Tower and the castle which belongs to XIV-XVI century AC. Drive up to
Albanian Riviera. En route making a short visit to the bay of Porto Palermo
where the castle ofAli Pasha is situated. We will make a stop at a panoramic
restaurant near the sea shore where you can taste a lunch with sea products
according the traditional Albanian cooks. In the afternoon arrival in Vlora, a
historical and costal city. Accommodation in hotel Pavaresia 3+.Dinner at the
hotel.

Day 3. Vlora -Berat-Durres-Tirana

After the breakfast proceed to visit Berat, named the "city of one thousand
windows", with a castle rising predominantly over the city. Lunch at a
restaurant at the edge of OsumRiver. After lunch continue to Durres, where
you'll know the history of this ancient city. There are 3000 years of civilization
of the biggest sea-port city in Albania. Visit to the fortress build in the
IV-V century BC with 120 hectares and 44 km circumference of surface,
Roman amphitheatre with a capacity of 20.000 spectators and the Venetian
Tower. Transfer to Tirana. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel Eclipse 4*,Tirana.

Day 4.Tirana-Ohrid

After the breakfast to the hotel, the tour will proceed to Pogradec city, which
is one of the most beautiful tourist places of Albania for its position water
front of Ohrid Lake. It'sorigin begins since the V century BC.In this city you
can see the Illyrians wracks, the patristic of V century and 4 monumental
graves that date since the III century BC.These monuments are found in Selca
which has been the residence of Illyrian King Klit. The tour goes ahead to
Ohrid city (Macedonia) Dinner and overnight in Ohrid.

Day 5. Ohrid- Skopje

After the breakfast to the hotel, visit to Ohrid castle which dates since
the IIIcenturyBC.To the X'th century it becomes the habitation of Cesar
Samuel, and was known as the Samuel castle.The antique theatre is situated
below the castle to the main center of the old city.It is founded in the II
century BC.Visit to saint Naum monastery, Saint Sofia church, Saint Jon
church and Saint Clement church. After lunch the tour proceed to Shkup the
capital of Macedonia.In the evening walking tour to the main center of old
bazaar, you can do some shopping here. Accommodation in 3 stars hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Skopje.

Day 6.Skopje -Pogradec- Korce

After the breakfast departure to Pogradec, in a panoramic tour and visit,
which is one of the most charming tourist resorts in Albania because of its
position on Ohrid Lake which is distinguished itself for clear water and
mountain views, and the Alcoran fish, unique specific of this lake in the
world. Later we will proceed to Korca, the serenade city. Sightseeing city
tour, visit at the museum of Medieval Art (National Museum), which presents
the material culture of the Albanian people. Accommodation and Dinner in
Grand Hotel 3+ overnight in Korca.

Day 7.Korce-Permet -Gjirokaster

After breakfast our tour will progress to Permet city. Along the way, you
will enjoy the wonderful views of nature, the national park of Hotova, a
natural complex really attractive, there are different kinds of animals in this
complex such as: Bears, Wolves, and Foxes etc.We will proceed along the
Vjosa River and see the charming canyons of Kelcyra outfall.
The way pass through Tepelena city, the native land of Ali Pasha
Tepelena, where is found the medievalcastle with the same name.
In the evening arrival to the stony city of Gjirokastra, accommodation
to Cajupi hotel. Dinner and overnight in Gjirokastra.

Day 8. Gjirokastra-Saranda -Curfu

After the breakfast to the hotel, visit to the fortress of the city build
in the IV century BC,The old bazaar and it's characteristic shops.
Transfer to Saranda. Along the way a short stop to "Blue Eye" source
where you'll know about the legend of this amazing source.In afternoon
arrival to Saranda. Embarkation to the ferry at 16 p.m. Arrival to
Corfu-Greeceat 16.45 p.m Visit to King Mon Repo Museum,the Castle of
the city, old bazaar, the church and Saint Spyridon church.Dinner and
overnight to Corfu.
