Terms and Conditions

1. Description Services

Happy Tours "Ltd" is a Tour Operator licensed pursuing it's turistik activity, that offers a vast range of services: holiday packages ,Tours ,Hotel reservation, passanger transport,car rental etc.

All the services and prices offered from Happy Tours are advertised in it's web site and offer the needed information, publicated prices will be considered in privat.
All the bookings can be made through the web site, refering to the RESERVATION FORMS that is to be completed from the client and be sent by fax or e-mail to the address of Happy Tours and will respond directly to the client, within a day according to the service asked.
In case of child discount it is needed a photocopy of the child passport or any identification card so that it can proove the child age, especially for flights ang ferry tickets.

Once arrived to the airport, port or to any border land, the client will be introduced to our representatives who will hold the Happy Tours logo.

2. Payament Conditions

The client must confirm the service asked one month before and to prove this he must prepay 25% in advance of the total price, according to the agreement.

In this case the reservation is cosidered done and the client or the group organiser is given a voucher from Happy Tours that will serve as a legal document.
If the payment is not made within the given dates then Happy Tours will have the right to cancel the reservation(a copy of bank authorisation will be sent by fax to our office from the client's part and will be as a proof of payment done from him)


3. Modifications and Cancellations


Modifications(except cancellation) are available,not later then the last 5 days for the low season, September-June and no later then the last 10 days for the high season July-August.
The client can cancell (full refund) the reservation and inform Happy Tours not later than the last
7 days of the low season and no later then the last 21 days of the high season.
If the client doesn't make the cancellation according to the above mentioned terms then he/she will be charged with a penalty according to the conditions as follow:
30 % penalty when the cancellation is made the last 7-5 days in low season and the last 21-14 days in high season.
50 % penalty when the cancellation is made the last 5-3 days in low season and the last 14-7 days in high season.

When the cancellation is made latter than the last 3 days in low season and latter than last 7 days in highe season there is no refund for the payment of the client.
(Exception only for reservations of the hotels in low season,when it is applied a fee equal to one night stay at the hotel.) This fee won't be charged to the client only if the cancellation is made from Happy Tours company. When the Visa is refused from the consulate(only in those cases when the agency has undertaken this act) When the client gives proofs of Health problems, governmental reasons or death of his relatives.

4. Means of Payment

By Cash

In this case the Client must come to our agency or send a representative to make the payment in cash according to the service requested.

Bank Transfer

In this case the client must do the payment within the requred period of time in the account number of Happy Tours but before doing this the client must be informed with bank details in order to make the payment transfer.If there will be an extra payment for this form of service, this will be charged to the client.

Credit or Debit Card ( Visa and Mastrer, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Expres e etc )

The client can request the services by fax or e-mail when not present at our offices.

Money Transfer (Throung money transfer companies like Western Union Money Gram etc )

5. Privacy

Happy Tours assures that the given information from the client will be kept in privacy only for reservation purposes and no communication will be given to a third party.

6. Disclaimer

Happy Tours is obliged to inform the clients with the program and the prices for every service required and to respond in the cases when this service is not appiled according to the agreement between pairs.
Every complaint will be adressed to Happy Tours by fax or e-mail in wirtten form and will be sent to our offices in the form of an official disclaim.
Happy Tours cannot be responsable for the faults made from the third party like : hotels, restaurants, rental cars, air crafts, yahts ect. Happy tours will try to do the impossible to solve the problems and to find their sources.
In case of disagreement between Happy Tours and it's clients, the case will go the Tirana court of law that has the sole power to solve anything. We will take into consideration whatever result will be communicated by the court of law.
